It goes from strength to strength and is seeking an experienced UK qualified corporate lawyer for its Dubai office. You will be working alongside some of the region’s most respected corporate lawyers on a workload that will include plenty of M&A/transactional work as well as general advisory matters. You can expect significant deal management and client facing responsibilities so you will need to be both technically strong and a confident communicator.

The ideal applicant will likely have around three to five years’ relevant experience including some exposure to corporate transactional work in the Middle East region. However, City lawyers with strong credentials who are serious about developing their career in Dubai are also encouraged to get in touch.
