Experienced Corporate/Investment Funds Lawyer – Hong Kong office of an offshore law firm.
This global offshore law firm is looking for an experienced Corporate/Investment Funds lawyer to join its Hong Kong practice. Advising high-end Asian clients (both institutions and onshore firms) on all aspects of offshore corporate and funds work, this is an ideal role for someone who enjoys client contact and who thrives when managing a diverse workload that is made up of multiple transactions at any one time. You are likely to have at least three years’ relevant experience. Prior experience in Asia and/or Mandarin language skills would both be an asset but are not requirements. REF. JMH/8350
