My client, is a Legal 500 firm based in Manchester City Centre and with by large significant client base of larger SME and entrepreneurial clients. As part of the expansion they are now looking to appoint a Newly /Recently Qualified Solicitor.
The role is varied but with a heavy emphasis on property finance and acting on behalf of commercial lenders. The work requires a good knowledge of property transactions, commercial and or residential. Ideally then as a newly qualified you will have held either or both residential or commercial property seats and with a genuine interest to qualify into commercial property. An understanding of finance concepts and awareness of the real estate finance market is key.
The salary on offer is £30 +
