A highly-successful, law firm in Worksop are looking to recruit a Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum 3 years PQE on a part time basis.

The firm are an award winning, well established law firm specialising in various practice areas including Litigation, Debt Recovery, Private Client, Property, Employment Law, Intellectual Property and plenty more!

The ideal candidate will have experience running own caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters from inception to completion such as:

- Property disputes and general civil litigation
- Probate Disputes
- Contract Disputes
- Employment issues
- Boundary disputes
- Daily application of the CPR
- Advocacy
- ADR
- Preparing cases for trial
- Instructing Counsel where appropriate and drafting the relevant instructions
- Complying with court deadlines
- Daily communication with clients, the court, representatives and third parties
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Willingness to engage in professional development
- Willingness to engage in Business Development
