About the role?

You will be dealing with a caseload of Conveyancing matters. It is essential that you have experience of running a full case load of Conveyancing matters from onset through to conclusion to include sale and purchase, leases, landlord and tenant, transfer of equity and other complex matters.

The ideal candidate will be working alongside the Head of Conveyancing and will be dealing with a wide variety of matters. You will also work in close conjunction with the Private Client department.

This role would suit Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Fee earners with relevant experience.

You will be ambitious, well organised and have an excellent work ethic. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and within a high-pressured environment.

Salary is in the region of 30,000 and is dependent on experience. You will also be awarded with an excellent work culture, state of the art technology and lots of support and development throughout your career.
