A fantastic new role has arisen in Newcastle for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an award winning firm based in Newcastle city centre. The team has won loads of awards and are nationally recognised for the outstanding work they achieve on a regular basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor who is keen to expand and develop their career in a forward thinking, commercial law firm.
Our client has a huge focus on client care and are an outstanding firm with a vision, immense knowledge and a rock-solid core of excellence which runs through the heart of the firm. It is a single office platform, however attracts clients on a regional, national and international basis.
The Role:
The team acts for all types of clients on property matters, from housebuilders and commercial developers, to corporate owner-occupiers and organisations such as Universities, FE Colleges and PLCs.
The Candidate:
Our client is ideally looking to recruit a Solicitor with between 2 and 6 years post qualification. However, if your PQE falls closely outside of this range and you think you have the relevant experience, then please don't hesitate to apply as the firm is happy to be fairly flexible with this requirement.
The firm is keen to consider candidates for this role who have experience in development work, both commercial and residential and broad landlord and tenant experience.
A keenness to get involved in the firm's business and marketing initiatives will put you in a good position to be considered for this role.
