We are looking for an experienced residential conveyancing locum solicitor to assist a private practice for a short term locum assignment, commencing 21st August, full time. The hourly rate is £30 - £35 subject to experience and the role is basedin Derbyshire.

Description
As a residential conveyancing locum solicitor you will manage a mixed residential property caseload within minimal supervision including but not limited to:
- Residential property transactions
- Sales & Purchases
- Transfers of Equity
- Remortgages
- New Homes & Plot Sales
- Property Investment & Buy to Let
- Shared Ownership
- Tenancy Agreements
- Right to Buy
- Licences to Sub-let
Profile
The successful candidate must have the following credentials:
- Must be a UK qualified solicitor
- Have an in date practising certificate
- Be an experienced residential property solicitor
- IT Literate
- Able to use case management systems
- Strong communicator
- Work autonomously
