A unique opportunity for an ambitious Trade Mark paralegal who with some trade Mark paralegal experience who is now keen to move up and take on more responsibility. An acclaimed firm with an industry wide revered Trade Mark team, you will be inspired!
Core responsibilities for this role will include;- Assisting with Pre-registration advice, drafting trade mark specifications, assisting in devising filing strategies, including advising on filing word marks vs logos, on various routes to protection and their advantages and disadvantages, preparing quotes, including Initial contact with clients (calls/preliminary emails with quotes and preliminary advice). Trade mark clearance, Trade mark and design registrations, Trade mark oppositions, Infringements and validity of Trade Marks and designs, Agreements, Quotes, Recordals, Research & Billings.
