A Commercial Legal Top 100 firm with an extensive heritage is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Housing Litigation and Regeneration Paralegal to join their Liverpool City Centre team.

You will be working within a team of 5 partners, 1 consultant, Associates, Paralegals and Solicitors covering such matters as Property Disposals, Social Housing, anti-social behaviour, housing management, site acquisition and development, right to buy schemes and much more¿

Your responsibilities will include court proceedings, including preparation of witness statements and trial bundles. You will be confident dealing with disclosure and attending hearings and conferences with counsel. My client is looking for a strong minded individual who have a passion to work with housing associations, public authorities, charities and not-for-profit organisations and is able to hit the ground running handling breaches of tenancy injunctions, disrepair claims, advising on liability and applying for access injunctions including conducting hearings.
