The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be expected to carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases etc. The position requires an experienced individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks ranging from working with a thriving property team, supervising more junior members of staff whilst running a residential caseload from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ year's PQE.
