Housing Lawyer

LAW Absolute is currently representing a highly regarded Local authority based in the midlands who requires an experienced  Housing Lawyer to join their  team. The role is for  an initial three month contract on a part time basis with a strong possibility of an extension.

The Position

If your application is successful, you will be expected to carry a full and extensive caseload which will include but will not be limited to the following matters:

• Disrepair,
• Possession claims,
• Anti-social behaviour,
• Homelessness,
• Tenancy fraud and
• Nuisance

Team work and the ability to deliver and find practical and effective  legal solutions is imperative to this role. therefore  an ability to  work under pressure whilst delivering excellent client care would be ideal.
