An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a well-regarded central London law firm.

The team incorporates projects, property, procurement and development lawyers, and they advise clients from sectors including housing, energy, health care, leisure and accommodation projects. A real focus for this team is development work for developers and Housing Associations, so the successful Property Paralegal will be working on those transactions, as well as gaining exposure to the department’s wider projects.

The ideal Property Paralegal will have solid experience of the conveyancing process. The firm are keen to recruit someone who is able to manage their own caseload, and are happy to offer training to help the successful Paralegal succeed.

The successful Property Paralegal can look forward to working on a broad range of matters, from residential conveyancing to large Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects.

Day to day your responsibilities will include acquisitions and sales, lease extensions, SDLT work, reporting on titles, managing your own caseload and drafting legal documentation.

This role would really suit a Property Paralegal with experience from a smaller law firm who is looking to move to a large central London firm.

This is a unique opportunity, offering a real breadth not often seen in property roles.
