A well known Real Estate team is now looking to add a technically strong and highly motivated commercial property solicitor to their team.

Ideally you will have trained and gained experience at a comparable city or large regional firm where you will have assisted partners and senior associates on good value matters relating to landlord and tenant transactions, development and property finance.

The team operates on behalf of a stellar list of clients encompassing developers, investors and corporate occupiers, banks and other funders.

You will gain access to clients, meeting them on visits and you will be encouraged to build your own portfolio of clients through networking and business development.

The successful candidate will work closely and in partnership with clients and have significant opportunities to be involved in business development.

You should possess excellent academics and have a good skillset relating to communication and organisational skills.

Salary will be dependant on experience however it will be highly competitive with the ability to progress your career at one of the country's most prestigious names.
