This is a fantastic commercial legal role for a junior lawyer to join a specialist marketing agency as their In House Legal Counsel - Hertfordshire.
Client Details
My client is a specialist food marketing agency that operates as market leaders in their industry. Working with the Head of Legal and across the business, this Commercial Counsel - will be an integral member of the business.
Description
The Commercial In House Legal Counsel - Hertfordshire will support the Head of Legal across the wider business. The role is predominately commercial contracts heavy with a likely balance of procurement agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements and sales contracts. You will be an active member of the team and responsible for networking with a variety of stakeholders.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a UK Qualified lawyer with c0-2 years PQE*.
To be successful it would be an advantage if theIn House Legal Counsel - Hertfordshire had experience of:
- Commercial Contract drafting, reviewing & negotiating
- Communicating with a range of stakeholders
- or a real passion for food.
- in-house or a demonstrable interest to pursue a career in an in-house role.
