Corporate Solicitor

Are you a junior level corporate lawyer looking for a slightly different opportunity?? 

This highly successful firm is recruiting into its corporate team in Taunton. 

You will join this small local team as a corporate solicitor, working alongside a successful corporate partner, and will also have secretarial support. The wider team in other offices is much larger and there is a lot of cross over within the various teams. 

Working closely with the partner, you will get excellent hands on exposure to a variety of corporate matters based locally, nationally, and occasionally off shore. 

Your day to day matters in this corporate solicitor role will include advising on financing, re-financing, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and restructures. You will handle shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and partnership matters.   

This corporate solicitor role will be different to your usual corporate position. Although maintaining fantastic quality corporate matters, you will work alongside a friendly, patient and calm corporate partner! 

Newly qualified solicitors will be considered, as will those with more experience.
