Salary: £25.99 - £30.00 per hour
Contract Type: Ongoing Locum Assignment

An established and respected firm based in Oxfordshire is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their busy firm on a full time, ongoing locum basis. This CQS accredited firm have built a reputation for providing a high quality legal service to individuals and small businesses and are looking for an individual who is technically competent and is client focused.

This opportunity will enable the successful Locum Residential Conveyancer to make a positive impact on the property team whilst managing a caseload of transactions which will include:

• Sales and purchases
• Mortgaging and remortgaging
• Buy to let properties
• Some light commercial property transactions

Due to the nature of this role applications will be considered from qualified solicitors or legal executive who have gained at least 3-5 years' PQE who have not only dealt with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters but are also confident with commercial property transactions.
