Corporate Associate - 5+ PQE -Leading global law firm - Abu Dhabi

• We are looking for a Corporate Associate (qualified lawyer) to join our clients' Corporate Team in Abu Dhabi
• 5-6 years PQE
• Reputable international firm

Our client is a reputable international firm looking to hire a corporate associate (qualified lawyer) into its Corporate Team in Abu Dhabi. The team is a market leader in the region and has represented top tier clients on a number of complex and innovative matters.

The role encompasses advising on a broad scope of general corporate and corporate finance work, including international equity offerings, IPOs, joint ventures, private equity work and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience within a top tier, international firm, be qualified in England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand or Canada (or otherwise have significant experience working at an international firm in the UAE) and be personable, proactive and enthusiastic. ECM experience would be advantageous.
