An urgent opportunity has arisen at an excellent City law firm in London. Our client, a Top200 heavyweight, is looking for a Corporate M&A lawyer to join the firm on a temporary basis for 6+ weeks to assist with a heavy workload, ideally to start ASAP.
The corporate team undertakes a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A matters, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Finance matters, ECM as well as IPO's and AIM listing transactions.
You will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience from another leading City or US practice in corporate matters, and you will be able to start immediately with a practicing certificate for 2017. This role is due to continue for approximately 6 weeks; however this may be extended, based on workload levels.
