Property Paralegal

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join an large property management firm on a permanent basis and with excellent scope for progression!

The Property Paralegal will focus on asset investigations, which will involve working on large refinancing deals and acquisitions. This will entail lots of work with leases and title documentation, as such, the ideal Property Paralegal will have good experience of reading leases and title deeds, and experience within residential property/conveyancing generally.

The successful Property Paralegal can look forward to lots of responsibility from the off. Day-to-day your responsibilities will include analysing leases, deeds and title structures, obtaining and analysing land registry documents,
