This is a great opportunity for a commercial lawyer to work for a real estate development company based in Central London. The company has recently seen a large investment and is continuing to grow.
As Sole Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the CFO, advising on a variety of commercial and corporate issues. You will have a particular focus on property acquisition, and wider property law. You will be responsible for commercial contracts and supply agreements across all departments. You will also be working closely with senior shareholders and communicating directly with various teams throughout the business.
Candidates must have trained and practiced at a top law firm and have significant experience working in the required areas. It is important that candidates have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate with all personnel within the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an up and coming brand in a broad commercial role within a fast-paced environment.
