Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Warrington - Salary to £40K

Chadwick Nott have just been instructed to find an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor for a High Street firm to be based in their Warrington office. Salary is negotiable depending upon experience but will be to c£40K.

The firm are a multi site practice with offices across the North West. As a High Street firm they offer the varied range of consumer focused legal services from claimant PI and clinical negligence to Family Law and Private Client. The Clinical Negligence team deal with the full range of matters to include gynaecological, late and misdiagnosis, negligence arising out of surgery and GP Treatment etc.

The successful candidate will be a minimum of 4 years PQE and will have experience running a diverse caseload independently and also be competent to guide and mentor junior solicitors in the team. The ideal candidate will have some form of management experience, even on an informal basis. there is a strong potential for the right candidate to be promoted fairly quickly to the Head of Department.
