An international law firm are looking to bring on a new residential property lawyer to their team in London.
Your work will include work for institutional property management clients, developers, property investors and corporate landlords.
To successfully apply for this role you should have experience of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and Rights of First Refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 as well as experience dealing with acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant issues.
