Our client, an international law firm are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (2-5 Years PQE) to join their Manchester City Centre office. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate solicitor to join their Legal 500 Real Estate department.
The role will encompass working alongside the Partners and also handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Leases and Property Contracts on behalf of clients from a range of backgrounds such as; Leisure, Retail and Property Developers & Investors.
The successful applicant will possess 2-5 Years PQE within Commercial Property and you will have experience of drafting contracts & leases. You will also be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge and have some experience of undertaking business development.
