The regulatory department of a top rated Central London law firm needs a solicitor to take on a caseload which will include health and safety and other regulatory offences, including corporate manslaughter.
If you have good experience of criminal/regulatory investigations and prosecutions relating to HSE, EA, and local authorities matters you are likely to be of great interest to my client.
