The successful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will undertake a high-volume caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing including purchases and sales; equity transfers; investments; remortgages; exchange of contracts; completion and post-completion. THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Paralegal or Legal Executive.
You will have solid knowledge of residential conveyancing with a minimum of one years’ experience within a similar role.
You will be a personable team player with excellent communication skills.
You will highly technical and IT literate with impeccable attention to detail.
You must work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
