An international practice is now seeking a motivated Property Litigation Associate in Milton Keynes.

With a high ranking, they are now seeking a client focused and motivated Property Litigation Associate to join their team in Milton Keynes. They are located within easy reach of local amenities and good transport links.
THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Associate in Milton Keynes. This is ideal for a qualified Solicitor with two to five years PQE and solid knowledge in commercial property and development works. With general expertise in Property Litigation matters, you will be able to handle a diverse caseload working well to meet tight deadlines. Your duties will include: acquisitions; brokerage; lease renewals; disrepair; landlord and tenant matters; bankruptcy; succession; covenants; enfranchisement's; lease extensions and; dilapidations. The successful Associate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in acting for high net worth (HNW) clients across all sectors. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor with two to five years PQE within a Property department;
You must have experience in arbitration, mediation and appeal;
You must have solid expertise in working for High Net Worth clients;
You will be actively involved in the business development of the firm;
Knowledge of commercial property and development work is desirable;
Mandarin speaking will be advantageous;
You will be a team player.
