Corporate Lawyer

A top 100 law firm with offices spread throughout the UK currently has a requirement for a Corporate Lawyer with a good technical background to join the Guildford team focusing on high value corporate transactions with a City client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 2-5 PQE solicitor with commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate team that is based in Guildford, but also works closley with their City office. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.

You will be involved in a broad range of work including work on all Companies Act related matters, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and have some experience in and be willing to do other more general commercial work such as commercial sales agreements and licences.

You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills.
