Property Litigation Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a well-established law firm which provides a wide range of legal services to a diverse range of businesses, not for profit organisations and private individuals.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for an enthusiastic property/real estate litigation solicitor to join an established team with a client base ranging from property portfolio holders including charities and retailers, house builders and developers and government institutions.

You will be working independently with your own caseload and for / alongside all senior solicitors in the team and supporting the partner.

Work will cover a full range of property litigation services including development and land disputes, property contract disputes, residential and commercial property disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered you will be a pro-active property litigation solicitor 3-5PQE with excellent academics and a proven track record gained with a top regional or national law firm

You will have good knowledge of residential landlord and tenant work focussing on tenancy management, coupled with previous experience in social housing litigation.

With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude along with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
