My client is an established top100 firm with an excellent reputation in the market. They have a leading staff retention rate, provide ongoing career development opportunities and offer a work life balance. Due to ongoing growth, they have a new requirement for a solicitor to join their Private client team based in Oxford.
Working alongside a talented and recognised team of solicitors, you will manage your own caseload of private client matters to include wills, trusts, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney etc. You will also be responsible for advising clients on all issues involving the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection, as well as providing inheritance tax and life time planning advice. The team prides itself on the broad range of clients on their books including mid-level and high net worth individuals. This is an excellent long term career opportunity
The successful candidate will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor with approximately 1-5 PQE, although candidates with more or less experience are still welcome to apply and will be considered on their merits. Ideally you have experience of a broad range of private client matters such as wills, trusts, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney etc.
