Corporate Associate

We have recently been instructed by our client, a top tier national law firm, in relation to an exciting opportunity to join their award winning Corporate team based in Nottingham city centre. This role offers the opportunity to get exposure to top quality work, work alongside very well regarded Partners in the market and above all, genuine career progression.

About the role

This Corporate team is recognised for the wide range of big ticket transactional work for clients spanning across a variety of sectors. Daily work of the Corporate Associate will include advising and assisting on an extensive range of Corporate mattters including M&As, corporate finance, investments, private equity, JV's and other shareholder work.

About the person

The successful Corporate Associate will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 3 years experience gained at a national firm.

The candidate's desired skills and experience include the following:

• The ability to provide advice to clients to a high standard often to tight deadlines;

• A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a demanding environment;

• Keen attention to detail;

• Commercial acumen; and

• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
