My client is a reputable, multi discipline law firm in Hampshire, recognised by the legal directories as having a leading Commercial Property team in the South of England.
Due to the team's continued success, my client is now looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor. This is a great opportunity for a commercially savvy, Real Estate lawyer with experience managing a diverse caseload across a broad range of commercial property matters, representing a range of clients in some of the following, although proficiency in all areas is not essential:
- Freehold acquisitions and sales
- Retail, Leisure
- Disposals and lettings
- Commercial/mixed use development
- Landlord and tenant
- Portfolio management
