Leading practice seeks Personal Injury Solicitor on a part time basis in Devon.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Solicitor on a part time basis in Exeter. Working three days a week, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of predominantly personal injury claims with some clinical negligence cases as they arise. Running both fast and multi-track claims from instruction to conclusion, the ideal candidate will use their knowledge and expertise to deal with EL, PL, product liability, RTA and; equine claims and use the MoJ Portal effectively.
Passionate about business development, the successful Solicitor will immerse themselves in initiatives, promoting the services of themselves and the department as a whole and building and maintaining client relationships in the local community. A full driving licence will be required as the successful Solicitor will be required to travel to and work from the practices other offices as required. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 4-5 years’ PQE gained within Personal Injury;
You will have previous experience of fast and multi-track matters and the MoJ Portal;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will hold a full driving licence;
You will have a flair for business development;
You will be seeking a part time position.
