Your new role

You will need to take responsibility for your own personal learning and development, demonstrate ability to manage and supervise work effectively, complete relevant CPD hours, keep all clients and colleagues up to date with key legal developments and delegate appropriately to both fee earning and non-earning staff.

What you'll get in return
The firm offers a vibrant and supportive working environment built upon its core values; they are approachable, responsive, trustworthy and straightforward. They pride themselves on high quality client instructions, are committed to investing in the learning and development of their lawyers and support staff at all levels, and encourage their lawyers to build relationships and develop business opportunities.
