Corporate Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is an international law firm with clients ranging from FTSE 50 and Fortune 500 technology multinationals
to entrepreneurs and quoted companies.

THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join the firm's outstanding London team, acting for clients across a range of sectors in the UK and Internationally, providing a full spectrum of corporate advisory services.

You will have the opportunity to work on wide variety of matters from M&A transactions, restructuring to corporate recovery.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will be a corporate lawyer with 5PQE+ who has a strong academic background (2:1 or above) and with a track record from an established national or top City law firm

You will have a broad technical knowledge of corporate law and transactions and be responsible for delegating and supervising team members as well as leading transactions with the Partners.
