Our client is a leading South West law firm in the Technology, Media and Communication sector, headquartered in Exeter with offices in London and Bristol. This Legal 500 TMC team advises clients in the IT, media, e-commerce and financial services sectors, ranging from large corporations to small to medium enterprises both nationally and internationally .
An opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with 3-5 years post qualification experience and ideally experience of software licensing/ IT & communications hardware/ systems and/or support services agreements. In addition to E-business, web hosting and/or development agreements, protection, management, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights, data protection and freedom of information laws and EU Procurement Regulations would be advantageous.
