Interim Lawyer - Downstream Commercial & Retail

This organisation is a global, well-known leader in the energy sector. They are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their Downstream & Retail division on a 3 month + contract commencing from mid-September based in their Central London office.

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, taking lead on international transactions and supporting the business on the delivery of company initatives and projects. This role is part of a small team where you will be required to manage a varied workload and work extensively with key stakeholders across the organisation.

To be considered you will be 4+ years PQE, trained in a reputable firm coupled with relevant experience either in-house or private practice. You will be able to demonstrate strong contract drafting skills and be capable of working effectively in a large, global work environment.
