Property Litigation Associate - Milton Keynes

My client has a new vacancy for a property litigation associate. Based in Milton Keynes, the firm are well-known for their expertise in dispute resolution and the quality of work on offer.

They are seeking an additional associate to join their highly rated property litigation team which forms part of the wider dispute resolution group and they are ranked as market leaders in Legal 500 and Chambers.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of working on all types of property litigation and advisory matters, with strong experience in commercial landlord and tenant, and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, as well as development issues (including overage and third party rights), insolvency and enforcement and high end residential.

The team act for many recognised names including national retailers, landlords, banks, investors, developers, and significant public sector bodies.

Excellent levels of client contact and responsibility is offered from day one and you will be expected to be actively involved in business development events.
