6 Month Fixed Term Contract

My client, a Top 50 law firm based in Birmingham is currently seeking a Corporate Legal PA to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract, with a view for further extension.

As a Legal PA, you will work full time supporting the Corporate department. The role will be to provide direct support to the team including audio typing, dealing with incoming calls, letters and emails, managing diaries, dealing with client queries, although there will be other duties in the role.

You should be fully trained in secretarial practice; illustrating excellent efficiency in word-processing and audio-typing, and a demonstrable degree of self-management and initiative.
