Finance Paralegal / Transaction Manager

Our client is a Leading Corporate Bank and is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Transaction Manager to join the team.

THE ROLE

You will sit within the transaction management team reporting into the Head of Transaction Management and your duties will include;

• Review, negotiate and draft lending and security documentation to LMA standard
• Support the front office business teams from a documentation perspective including trade, structured and project finance and commodities teams including liaison with origination teams and external counsel
• Support new product development
• Assist with training, market development and client events

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• This role requires an experienced Finance Paralegal or Transaction Manager with 5yrs + experience gained in financial services or a leading law firm
