Conveyancer
Conveyancer – £30k to £35k + Bonus – West Midlands
Well established firm with a competitive bonus scheme seeks a dynamic Conveyancer with a commitment to first class client care.
The successful applicant will inherit a caseload of residential property transactions with secretarial and administrative support. They will handle approximately 30 new files a month and handle the transactions from initial instruction to completion.
Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Fee Earner. We are keen to hear from candidates at all levels of experience provided they are comfortable handling a caseload autonomously.
A salary of £30,000 to £35,000 is on offer alongside a lucrative bonus scheme.
