A top ranked patent and trade mark team is seeking to appoint a new associate level trade mark attorney to its Manchester based trade mark prosecution team. The firm is ideally seeking an attorney with between one and three years’ post qualification experience.
The team works in tandem with its London counterpart and has a broad and extensive client base across numerous sectors including food and drink, leisure, sports and pharmaceuticals.
You will pick up a large, existing, portfolio containing a diverse range of work including oppositions, revocations and litigation support in addition to filing, prosecution and portfolio management duties.
