An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the best regarded Defendant Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool.
Acting on behalf of the NHSLA and local hospital trusts, you will be responsible for a diverse caseload of Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview right through to completion of the matter, alongside assisting the senior team on cases of real complexity. You will, as an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor, have in excess of one year’s PQE in Clinical Negligence as part of a renowned and established team, and have gained experience in the entire life cycle of a Clinical Negligence claim.
Guideline for ideal experience is between 1 and 5 years’ PQE, however, candidates who feel they have the requisite experience as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor are welcome to apply. Candidates from a Claimant background will be given equal consideration.
