Trade Mark Paralegal (18 month ftc)

A unique opportunity has arisen within a global pharmaceutical company for an experienced trade mark paralegal to join a busy intellectual property team on a 3 day per week, 18-month contract.

 You will report to the organisation’s trade mark counsel and take responsibility for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to filing trade mark applications, managing deadlines, instructing local counsel regarding trade mark renewals and preparing responses to objections. You will work largely autonomously and will often be the point of contact for the trade marks department.
