Risk & Compliance Lawyer

Our client is a highly regarded international law firm that is seeking a UK qualified lawyer with 4-8* years' PQE to join their Risk & compliance team.

In joining the Risk & Compliance team, you will be working closely with the Risk & Compliance Partner on a specific project relating to the analysis of clients' terms of engagement as well as reviewing and redrafting terms of engagement sent to the firm as part of live retainers and tender process.

You would also be advising contracts with third parties and suppliers and advising on global policy as well as assisting in the preparation and updating of policies and procedures.

It is essential that applicants have gained previous experience of the aforementioned duties within the context of a City law firm.
