Corporate Banking Paralegal

We are currently working with a highly ranked organisation in the Midlands to appoint a Corporate Banking Paralegal into their dynamic team located in Birmingham

About the Corporate Banking Paralegal role:

In this Corporate Banking Paralegal role you will be providing robust support to the Banking team.

You will assist with the administration, due diligence and coordination of banking projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing a series of support to the Banking team regarding Insolvency, Securities (Debentures), Debt advisory and various corporate matters
• Drafting Facilities Letters, Credit Issuances, NDAs, Securities documents and Letters of consent
• Document review and management of loans and securities
• Real Estate Finance- Reviewing Land Registry and Companies House Documents

You will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar Corporate Banking Paralegal role. You will possess a great eye for detail and evidence an ability to prioritise your workload. Your enthusiasm for Banking & Finance, the work and your team are essential. Ideally you will have a legal qualification or Banking/Finance qualification.
