My client is a specialist property law firm with an enviable client base of both registered social landlords and private developers along with a strong commercial property client base.
They are looking to recruit an experienced plot sales fee earner with at least 12 months experience of dealing with plot sales whether for shared ownership, private sale or part exchange initiatives.
They will look at a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified fee earner with the relevant expertise. The most important thing is your ability to be able to demonstrate a solid background in plot sales and be looking to continue your career in this area.
You will be looking for a position where you will take on a lead role in plot sales, working as part of a larger property team.
