Project Finance In-House Counsel

As the Project Finance In-House Counsel, you would be joining the projects team in Dubai, advising on solar projects, providing counsel to management teams and supervising outside counsel. You will be given unparalleled responsibility and exposure in the industry, working on a variety of high profile energy transactions.

Essential Skills / Requirements

• Must have at least 4PQE
• Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience at a major law firm or relevant in-house experience in project finance
• Must have experience with solar projects
• Must be licensed to practice in a common law jurisdiction
• Must have commercial understanding of the renewable energies sector
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Must have excellent written and spoken English
• Ideally have regional experience.
