Corporate/Commercial Paralegal

An exciting in-house opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a successful, fast growing multi strategy hedge fund.

The role will involve all aspects of the negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and providing legal input into all aspects of the affairs of the Group in each of the jurisdictions in which operations are performed.They are looking for a commercially minded professional to support an established legal team with senior lawyers who are Collegiate and good Mentors you can learn from. You will have the opportunity to grow and directly impact the business.

This opportunity to work in a dynamic high growth firm is open to commercial contract paralegals with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience within a leading city law firm.
