Leading Shropshire law firm seek a commercial property solicitor to join their experienced team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly reputable law firm carrying out a broad range of commercial property work.


To be considered you will be at least three years PQE but the firm will also considered a highly experienced Legal Executive. Ideally you will be local or have local knowledge and you must be able to deal with a broad range of commercial property matters to include but not limited to the sale and purchase of agricultural, commercial or residential development land or properties and landlord and tenant cases along with conditional contracts, option agreements and overage.
