Are you an RTA paralegal looking to join an established and forward thinking personal injury firm in Manchester?
Our client is looking for an RTA paralegal to handle pre-litigation RTA claims, both on and off the MOJ portal, including denials of liability and disputes on quantum.
You will be expected to handle a caseload of up to 200 RTA files, but there is also an opportunity for you to work on EL/PL, CICA and MIB matters. To be considered for this RTA paralegal role, you will have 12 months’ experience handling your own caseload.
Our client is based in Manchester and is due to relocate to a brand new office building in a few weeks time. The firm is investing within its personal injury department which has been established for a period of 10 years.
